The two-layered special underlay is equipped with a harder top layer for load distribution and a highly elastic underside that noticeably increases the walk-on comfort.

TF-404 can be used on

• screeds, chipboards and floorboards that have been smoothed with a levelling compound
• floors covered with PVC, quartz vinyl tiles, linoleum, sealed wood flooring, natural stone and ceramic tiles.

Depending on the particular application, either loose lay or bonded installation is possible. THOMSIT-Floor® TF 404 is resistant to aging and cleaning, economical in use and can be easily transported and cut to size. Tex Comfort comes with a roll size that is convenient for handling. The underlay can be quickly installed with a minimum of cutting waste.
