PVC-free coverings based on polyolefins are susceptible to temperature and moisture during laying. Consequence: optimal climatic conditions must prevail in the building, with a temperature of 18 °C and approximately 50 to 65 % relative humidity generally proving best. Practical experience has shown that Thomsit K188E Special Adhesive, with its extraordinarily broad-band performance and specific properties of extra strong tack and long working time, covers all foreseeable risks.
Substrate preparation
Clean cement screeds and bind residual dust by priming with Thomsit R777 Dispersion Primer. Produce the required levelness with Thomsit DX Universal Levelling Compound.
Bonding coverings
Use extra strong bonding Thomsit K 188 E Special Adhesive.
